    FAQ

Outfluence is an influencer agency for outdoor brands. We introduce you to companies in the hunting, agriculture, fishing, climbing and hiking sectors.

The collaboration with our influencers goes like this: we send requests via email for interesting campaigns which suit the influencer and their profile. In this email, we describe exactly what the influencer’s tasks are for the campaign, such as e.g. creating an Instagram post with the product of a customer or to point followers in the direction of a competition, and what they receive for this, e.g. a product from the brand or a small sum of money. After receiving the request, the influencer can then decide freely whether to accept the offer and whether they would like to participate in the campaign.

Influencers are people with a passion for nature, hunting, agriculture, hiking, climbing and fishing. You also require a social media profile with at least 1,000 followers.

Registering with us is very simple! We just need your contact details (address, phone number, email address), your VAT number and your bank details. There is also a cooperation agreement which regulates our collaboration.

After successful registration, we add you to our influencer pool. As soon as we receive a suitable request from a customer, we send you the offer for the exciting cooperation via email.

The contract is to regulate the collaboration between you, our customers and us. Everyone has interests that should be protected. We would like to regulate our collaboration as much as possible so that all participants are on the safe side. Don’t worry: We’ve created a cooperation agreement that is fair for all parties!

No, it’s not an exclusive contract. You can continue to enter into cooperations with other brands.

We tie you up with noteworthy companies in the outdoor sector. We also support you with all questions about your social channels and offer you advice and assistance with every cooperation. With us, you have a partner that understands your influences and represents them in the face of companies. Personalities and the passion for nature behind the social media profile are very important to us.

No, participating with Outfluence won’t cost you anything.

Our current customers are: GearTester, Jagdwelt24, Farm-Land, Jagd&Hund and Fricke Group.

Paid posts must always be marked as advertising. Otherwise, we deal with surreptitious advertising and the posts are considered misleading.

We recommend that you use the information #advert or #advertising in the image description and to name or link the cooperation partner.

Outfluence does all the invoicing for you so that you can concentrate completely on your content. To create the invoices, we simply need your VAT number and account details.

When registering, you can determine your individual price per post and your daily rate. If you don’t have any experience yet, we’re happy to support you and share our experience.

We need your VAT number to create your invoices.

    OUTFLUENCE KODEX

Outfluence is the first German agency who specialized in the mediation of outdoor influencers. A professional influencer marketing approach is essential for us. We convey our social media bloggers to brands from outdoor devisions, like: Hunting, farming, horseback riding, fishing, climbing or hiking. Authentic content is an expression of our passion and to uphold it, it is very important to us to comply with standards. This codex contains our standards of cooperation between brands and influencers.

    TENET

We are a community. We take the journalistic freedom seriously. Each blogger stands a bit for the other, every good and bad experience with him is transferred in the public perception on the others. Therefore, it is important to take the reader / user seriously and to label paid and unpaid content differently. When dealing with business and other potential partners, a professional dealing should always be maintained. These are the ethical foundations to which we feel committed.

    CONTENT

    1. Credibility and individuality are our highest property. We create all content that we distribute ourselves. If contents are used by third parties, these are clearly marked. These includes for example guest blogs, paid blog posts, copied press releases or shared contributions.

    2. Blog posts live from the subjective view of the authors and an own opinion is essential. The content on the blog and the social media channels correspond to the own and subjective opinion of the influencer. To be truthful with the readers is important to us.

    3. We respect copyright as well as personal rights and mark all content with the correct copyrights.

    LABELLING

    1. We label contents, which are developed in co-operation with companies. The fact that this content is advertising must be clearly recognisable to third parties. Paid or sponsored content is labeled by the terms "advertising" or "advertisement" and the cooperation partner is named. These includes product placements, sweepstakes, tutorials, events or reviews.

    2. Product placements must also be labeled if it is video content. This concerns videos that are mainly about a specific product or several products and the focus is not purely on editorial content. Such videos are labeled with "product placement" or "infomercial".
